Seth, a rookie officer in the Public Security Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, is a key player in providing fire support during criminal investigations.
He graduated at the top of his class in the academy and could have landed a higher position, but he chose the tougher path of the Special Response Team.
His impressive profile makes him seem like a genius, but he's actually a hard worker who has had his own struggles. There have been times when he practiced the subjects he wasn't good at until he cried.
